This is my daughter, Kara. I have been painting a lot this year so I thought I would try to paint this picture. She was in college in Colorado. Too far from home but a wonderful experience. I have tried to paint portraits before and have failed. Usually I am happy if the painting looks human, but this actually looks like her. She thinks so to and was surprised I left her nose ring in. It was part of her growing up and who she is today. She has moved back home and is doing great. I wish her brother was closer, but that is another story! Watercolor
Thank-you for looking at my Blog. The paintings I am showing you are original works of art and they are for sale. Artwork and photographs are copyright protected by U.S. coypright laws. Giclee Prints are $125.00.
